The Life Sciences world is a highly regulated environment where it is essential to tailor compliance to the complex network of regulations according to each company’s specifics. Otherwise, there is a risk of creating bureaucratic structures that over time become immobilizing and hinder innovation—critical for the company’s survival.

In this seemingly “rigid” context, I provide support based on my GxP experience to identify the best solutions through active listening, analysis, and process mapping.
